Yin Ranch
- Date: May 22nd
- Come volunteer for 2 hours and spend the rest of your day at Yin Ranch!
- There's a pool, go-carts, food, Rotary presentations, basketball courts, etc. It's tons of fun!

Music performances for the elderly - Do you play an instrument? Come and perform for the elderly
- Date: TBA, tentatively set for late April
- Talk to Assya Reshetikhin if you're interested

- We need volunteers to either swim or help count laps, come and support your Interact Club & Swim Team!
- Or help a swimmer find pledges for laps (minimum pledge: $3 fixed, $.02/lap)

Interact Meeting Minutes 04-14-10
We raised $10,000 (net) for PACE Universal from the Black and White Dance
Thanks to everyone who attended the dance and also those who volunteered that night!
Hand on Universe
- We're doing a Hands on Universe internship during the summer
- You will: learn about astronomy, make friends with girls in Kenya, mentor young Kenyan students
- Talk to Rebecca Phuong if you're interested
Community Garden
- Gardening this Saturday is canceled, see you next Saturday!
- Talk to Jakob Lengacher if you're interested in joining this project

El Cerrito Rotary 4-way Test Speech
- Write a 7-minute speech about how the 4-way test is used in your life and present it to the El Cerrito Rotary Club
- Practice your public speaking AND meet wonderful Rotarians and eat a yummy lunch ^.^

Welcome!
The El Cerrito High Interact Club, part of district 5160, is a very active club dedicated to the Rotary motto "Service Above Self!" We're responsible for the award winning Black and White dance, as well as holding annual swim-a-thons. We also work with kids in the area through elementary schools, the El Cerrito Community Center, and the firefighter's toy progam in Richmond/El Cerrito.
